Since it seems I will not get any answers the support forum (maybe I am in the wrong section), nevertheless I try my chances here. I'm very confused that one of your Partner can send hud et others software like propokerhud which damage our databases and avoid a Sunday grind day to a player as my postgres is not accessible anymore

Hi , i see you are talking with a Pokertracker 4 support people. Did you follow his instructions?

Yes I did as I detailed in my post for him, unfortunately no expected improments. The situation is exactly the same
