i request a free trial of propokerhuds but I don't understand how to download the hud

Whats your email you used to order the trial? There no download link for the HUD s, the HUD s are automatically applied to your PT4 HUD profile list, once we add them to your account. So you either have had trial once before or you did not give all the details needed.
