How does NoteCaddy help me?

Now that I've installed Notecaddy for a few days, changed my HUD to Edge blackpopups, I can´t see how NC can help me while I play at PokerStars? Notes are not even displayed in the HUD.

Are you seeing no notes at all in the popups? In pokerstars it won't show graphs or badges but the text notes should be there. Also the popups with custom stats should populate with data. If that's not the case are you seeing new hands if you open the caddy report? You can do so from the pokertracker+ menu right in PokerTracker

If NC is running out of memory trying to make the text file that means it definitely has notes...
There was an issue affecting several people that was fixed (allegedly) in the newest version so hopefully everything will work well now. If it doesn't please submit a support ticket via PT's system and include your notecaddy logs. You can find them at
