NC not working in PT4 replayer for PokerStars hands?

Suppose NC should be functional when reviewing PokerStars hands with PT4 replayer, right? Since I installed it with PT4 upgrade early in December I could only see NC not working (no indications, no values, only blank stats/badges). I've tried both EDGE cash and MTT HUDs and can see only PT stats working. Though I confirm NC is up and running along with PT4. Have surfed the entire forum and failed to find a solution. Please advise and help. Thanks.

You should be seeing notes in the popups on both live tables and in the replayer. There were a few bugs in the last NC version related to caching and this could have impacted you. When you restart PT4 it should auto update. I recommend to reset notes http://wiki.assaultware.com/How-to-rese ... notes.ashx then have a look in tools->player notes and be sure some reg from your database has notes. Then I think the chances should be very good that all will be working
