badges not working

I cant get any of the ordered or prefixed badges to appear in my hud (both online and in the replayer).
I've checked the validity of the notes by exporting them to CSV and confirming that they are being correctly generated for each player - which they are.

Any ideas why the badges aren't showing up?

Are your hands from PokerStars (or converted to pokerstars by a converter)? If so, the badges won't work for those hands in the replayer or live tables I believe.

If you are playing a different site, can you please tell me which one?
