I believe that is something that is being worked on for the next release, but in the meantime I think you will be able to get the Hud profile working if you delete it and re-import it.
You should have a 'NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files' folder on your desktop, which includes the .pt4hud files. Please check that you have that folder before you proceed.
To delete the profile go to Hud > Edit Hud Profile.
Select the profile you want to use.
Click the Options button and choose Delete from the menu.
Click OK to close the profile editor window.
To re-import the profile go to Hud > Edit Hud Profile again (do close it in between).
Click the Options button and choose Import, and navigate to the NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files folder and choose the appropriate Hud to import.
Click OK to close the profile editor window.
