Hello,
If you cannot access the NC GUI try the following:
- Close PT4
- Go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps and MOVE the "Tm90ZUNhZGR5" to your desktop as a backup
- Restart PT4. NC will reinstall. At the end reinstall the NCE package and redo the processing of all hands. At the end restart PT4 for good measure. It should fix that issue for you.
Let me know if this worked to fix that issue.
