Registration Code for NoteCaddy?

just started free trial for PT4, i use ignition i want to see how everything works. I cant download notecaddy or ignition hand grabber because of the registration code cause I'm on a free trial i am guessing? how can i get this code from the support team?

Hello,

The registration code you are being asked is in the "My account" tab, under "My Licences". Even the PT4 free trial will have a registration code that you can then use to sign up for Notecaddy and Ignition hand grabber.

Just log in to Poketracker website with the email you used to start the PT4 free trial.

yES I have issues still because it isnt there after downloading, i sent a support ticket could you respond to that and laysook on my account for me? been trying almost two days now and idk what i did wrong

I did not receive any ticket in the Notecaddy queue regarding this issue.

Please use this link to start the ticket: https://support.pokertracker.com/support/ticket/1

Once we get the ticket, started with the same email that registered for pokerTracker, we can confirm what licences are attached to it.

As said before, if you were able to start the free trial for Pokertracker you should have a registration code already. Most apps however require an active Pokertracker4 full licence to work in the full version.
