Hi luggster,

What is that dot supposed to be? Do you have a 2nd panel on the HUD with only the 'PlayerOverview' stat on it?

Does this happen for you in the replayer as well? I tested by adding the PlayerOverview stat to a new panel on its own, and it was working in the replayer for me.

Can you please try resetting your NC settings to see if it fixes the issue?

*Resetting PT4 NC Settings Back To Factory Defaults*
1. Close PT4 and navigate to: C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData\Tm90ZUNhZGR5.
2. Make a backup of the .xml files (copy/move them somewhere else on your pc).
3. Delete the .xml files from the directory in step 1.
4. Restart PT4, go into NoteCaddy and adjust your settings as you prefer again (File → Settings).
5. If you use customized Color Definitions, then import the ColorDefinitions.xml that you backed up from step 2, into NoteCaddy → Tools → Import Color Definitions.
6. Reset and reprocess the notes (File → Reset Notes).

it is the same in the replayer. have changed to a different hud, edge2 and nc player overview or badges are not showing on pokerstars. have tried resetting but is still not working.

Hi luggster,

Can you please try reinstalling the package in NoteCaddy → Manage my Ultimate Packs? You'll need to uncheck the package and then check it again for it to reinstall.

There should be some new HUDs imported after the install finishes. Please use one of these new HUDs to see if it's working for you then.

The HUD that you showed in your screenshot can be deleted, because it appears that many of its stats are not connected properly (which can happen if the HUD is imported before its definitions).
