There is no sign of notecaddy in program files

All this is no existent on my computer

At first glance Notecaddy looks like the stone NUTS

After spending a day and tilting on this forum. I consider it to be useless.

I have been creating /processing notes for so long. I do not know and have not seen 1 note about an opponent.

I dont understand how to find them.

I have spent so long watch these drivel videos which are linked more to HM2 so not every screen shot is the same as the one I have?

Do you also sell snake oil?

That is the NoteCaddy interface so it's installed.

what does this mean?

That means you selected 'File -> Reset Notes' in the NoteCaddy window which deletes all existing notes.

I use tournament hud. This is a cash example

If you are playing tournaments there is also an Edge-MTT HUD profile provided you selected that option when NoteCaddy was installed.

It's not installed there. All NoteCaddy installation files for PokerTracker 4 are here:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\Tm90ZUNhZGR5

Have you added NoteCaddy statistics to your HUD profile? That just looks like your own custom HUD without any NoteCaddy statistics actually added to it. If you want to see NoteCaddy information in your HUD/Popups then you need to edit your HUD profile accordingly:

If you didn't select this package when NoteCaddy was installed then you can import the HUD profile from the 'NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files' that would have been downloaded to your desktop at the same time. If you've deleted it then I've attached a copy here:

You were asking for the asking for the Edge-MTT HUD Profile and there is a copy of that inside. To import it unzip that folder and then you can then import the 'Tournament - Edge-MTT.pt4hud' file by going to 'HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles' in PokerTracker 4 and selecting 'Options -> Import'.
