Please remove Notecaddy from my license.
I disabled it, but it still download updates and it messed up the restore from the backup by installing pt4 on a new PC.
More than 48 hours of restore and so far the Notecaddy stats have not run out.
I'm going to reformat the PC and start all over. How do I make notecaddy's stats not get in the way?

You can send a support email to the PT support email address and it will be removed.
If you need any help completing the restore of the Database from a backup please open a support ticket and detail as much as possible on the issue you are facing.
