Note caddy - few questions and a recurring crashing issue

Hi,

so i just started to use note caddy as I really like the way it lays out some info (i.e. showdown hands etc) but I'm having some real problems with it, hoping someone else can answer some questions on it before it seek out some tutorials and stuff if the product is dead

1. The assultware wiki seems like a dead link, i cant find any official site with some more detailed tutorials and set up videos, the one on this site has a few dead links in it, and some pictures in the guide seem to be missing and not displaying, is the product still being worked on? found a few videos but they are using HM3

2. how do i move the position of the boxes when i click them on the seats at the bottom end of the table it displays most of the box off-screen (see pic link) https://gyazo.com/01a1ea6972d26b86e2202ce3616908cd I know how to move the PT4 hud boxes but cant work out how to move these, any help appreciated

3. note caddy keeps crashing, sometimes after 3 hands sometimes after 30 hands, is this normal? I'm sure everything is up to date, im on Pokerstars and does it in cash and MTT tables, and does it using my custom profile or the ones supplied with it, im aware some stats are banned on PS too,

4. any sites to find Huds people have made using it?, would like to see some inspiration on what stats to use and how people use it, especially with PS limitations, im really unsure of the exact stats that PS block too

Hello there!

Notecaddy is definitly not dead as it is in beta for PT4.

1. You are correct about those links as that info has moved servers and the links are not corrected yet. Our bad.

2. To move a HUD hold ctrl and drag with the mouse to new location the panel you want to move. When done press save layout in HUD options icon.

3. The NC crash is aknown issue we are dealing with on some users. Please open a support ticket and attach the log files there. https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4 ... bug-report
I will keep track of you as one of the affected users and collect all info to help us fix this.

4. The best route of action for a newcomer with NC is installing the NCE packs that come with Notecaddy. This will give you a lot of insight to begin with and you can build from there. There are plenty other packages avaliable for purchase as well. 3rd party some of them. It is a matter of personal taste in the end.
