NoteCaddy not opening

Hello. I updated PT4, signed up for NoteCaddy and it was installed. Everything seemed to go fine, no error messages. But now when I click NoteCaddy under Pokertracker+, nothing happens. I've tried rebooting PT and PC, but doesn't seem to work. I'm using postgres 9.3.

I am blind... You can remove this thread, everything works.

How did you fix your problem?
If I press the either "Show NoteCaddy" or "Open NoteCaddy report" in my PokerTracker+ menu nothing at all happens other than my CPU goes to 50%.
Once I saw a menu setup screen from the "Show NoteCaddy" but never since!

Did you complete the setup wizard and install an ultimate pack? It is very strange that this is happening but I'd need to see a log file to get some insight as to what is causing it.
