NC needs registration at each launch of PT4

A fellow has the problem that he hast to register for NC at each start of PT4, although he has a registration code.
I don't have that problem...

What is the problem?

Can you describe exactly what happens please? I'm not sure what you mean by 'has to register for NC at each start of PT4'.
Once NoteCaddy is linked to your PT4 license it will run in the background automatically, but the window won't appear. That is normal behaviour, and the stats will still work and new hands will be processed by NoteCaddy.

That sounds very strange. Please have them enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4, then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket with a description of the problem. If they don't speak English they can write in their own language and use translate.google.com to translate it.
