Notes not appearing; can't vacuum database

Today, my NC generated notes aren't appearing in my hud; previously I've hand no problems. I decided to vacuum my database to see if that did anything and got this error message:
"This software has encountered an error:
This BackgroundWorker states that it doesn't support cancellation. Modify WorkerSupportsCancellation to state that it does support cancellation."

When I first opened my PT4, version 4.15.3, notecaddy began loading a bunch of files, which I found unusual. What can I do? Thanks

Just to add to the above, I haven't created new notes for several months so that's not the issue. Also, I've rebooted and restarted PT4. The issue I mentioned above may be two separate issues. Thanks for any help

same here, i reinstalled everything (even postgress) and now notecaddy doesn't even open

Can you both please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Next select the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' menu item and then attach these files from your 'Logs' folder to a Support Ticket:

PokerTracker4.log
NoteCaddy.log
NoteCaddy.Errors.log

I did my best to comply with your instructions. I didn't find any notecaddy logs or notecaddy error logs but I sent Pokertracker4.log.

Is it safe for me to follow these steps that you suggested in the past without losing any of my homemade stats? Can these steps help?

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Select 'File -> Open User Data Folder'.

3. In the window that opens go into the 'Apps' folder and delete the 'Tm90ZUNhZGR5' folder.

4. Restart PokerTracker 4 and NoteCaddy will download again.

Your custom NoteCaddy information is stored in a different folder (PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData\Tm90ZUNhZGR5) so that's fine.

I got a new error today:
NotecaddyPT4.exe-Fatal Error
CLR error 8007000e
The program will now terminate.

Ok, I now found the NC logs and I created a support ticket and sent them. A prior support ticket should have my Pt4.logs.
