Fatal Error Opening

Hi I have signed for note caddy beta release and It doesn't work. After automatic files download and launching PT4, appear Fatal Error "there was an error loading Note caddy" and after 4/5 times trying to restart, pt4 automatic disable note caddy.

I tried to delet files folder and re downloading them but it appears the same error

Please help me to fix this problem

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
In the window that opens go to the Logs folder and compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files).
Attach the zipped files to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
There was a change made by the development team recently related to launching apps, and if your logs suggest this is the issue then we can send you an alpha version.
