Hi support

today I started a poker session on iPoker network, when made click on donk stat to see the popup with notes, I couldn't see any note.

I made a fresh install of PT4 and database of PostgreSQL and it didn't work.

PD: I use my own HUD

HELP pls!

Has this worked before?
Did you add a popup for that stat? If you just added a new popup you need to link that to the Hud group or stat that you want to trigger the popup. You do this either with the 'Assign Popups' section for a group, or the Popup property for a stat. Guide

yes, this worked before normally. I could see my notes, but since update NC and PT4 couldn't see any note nevermore. I had each pop-up with each statistic by example.. on Donk stat, had a pop-up with donks stats and notes at the bottom. same happen with others pop-up that I made..

other curious think is when I click on the box to select if the stat if for tournament or cash this doesn't work until I save the stat and once again click on the box..

A new version of NoteCaddy has been pushed out now which should resolve this. This will be downloaded and installed automatically next time you restart PT4.
