Ignition Hand Grabber not launching

I registered yesterday for the Ignition beta and downloaded+installed the latest version of PT4, 4.15.21. When I launch PT4, there is no task named "Ignition Hand Grabber" or anything like that that starts. In the Configure ->Sites and Import Options menu, there is no option to add Ignition. My account page confirms that I am registered for the beta. Anybody else had this issue?

Are you on a Mac? Unfortunately the Ignition Hand Grabber isn't currently supported on Mac OSX but you can still manually import downloaded hands from the Ignition client using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':
