Why can't I see the hole cards?

Played a cash game. Hud worked fine. Opened Ignition and downloaded the HH 24 hours after playing. Clicked "get hands from disk". Imported file into PT4. Refreshed. In the view stats tab, summary report show the hands I played. Shouldn't all the hole cards show in the replayer? I have show hole cards option on the replayed clicked. Where are the hole cards? What did I do wrong?

To see hole cards in downloaded hands you either need to use a separate database:

or purge the grabbed hands first before importing the downloaded versions:
