HUD is not showing properly

Eversince i bought this product the HUD has always been incosistent. Frequently showing HUD of one player on another table or directly not showing the HUD of one of the tables. Can you please help me solve this?

Please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging'. Next restart PokerTracker 4 then when it has fully loaded run Ignition. Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c. If you have any problem then take a new screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your support bundle. The support bundle is created via 'File -> Create Support Bundle' but if you are not seeing that menu option you should update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4.
