Stakes not consistent across stats

I have something weird happening regarding stakes in PT4. In View Stats > Results > By Stakes I can see the two stakes I've been playing at Ignition: .05 NL (6 max) and .05 NL FAST (6 max). In this view it correctly lists the 5 FAST (or Zone) sessions I have imported from files for a total of 577 hands and $6.58 My C Won. But when I double click on the line, it only shows me incomplete results from 2 FAST sessions and lists My C Won as $0.04 (something similar happens when I double click on the regular .05 NL line too).

Now if I change the view By Session and add in Stake to the report, the Stake field only lists one of the Fast sessions. The other four are listed as regular .05 NL sessions. But if I go back to the By Stake view, double click on the FAST line and select By Session, it shows me all five session, although all five sessions stakes are now listed as regular .05 NL sessions, and with the correct My C Won results.

Any thoughts on why I don't get full results when I drill down on stakes in the By Stakes view? And why the stakes field show different results, yet shows up in the correct By Session view?

Are you using date filters? Reports grouped by session are filtered by when the session started but if the session crosses between days and you drill down into the hands you will only see the hands played on the day you filtered for. If you regularly play around midnight then you can set the 'My Day Starts At' setting to a time that you never play via 'Configure > Reporting Options' so that the "day" in PokerTracker 4 doesn't change at midnight when using date filters.

It's not clear what's happening here. Please attach screenshots of your entire report windows and your hand histories to a Support Ticket.
