What version of PokerTracker 4 are you using? Where exactly are you not seeing the hands? Is your HUD working on Bodog? If the HUD is updating as each hand displayed then the hands are in your database however as discussed earlier in this thread there is an issue with PokerTracker v4.18 where Ignition/Bodog hands are importing with an incorrect time and this can impact if hands are displayed when a report is based on a specific time period such as the 'Play Poker' section however the hands will be visible in 'View Stats'. Support Ticket we can notify you when a fix is available and in the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15
here (unless you have also updated PostgreSQL beyond v12) where new hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix hands that have already been imported - they will need to be
purged from the database and reimported.
