Issues with Handgrabber

I'm sure this is user error but help would be appreciated.

Just purchase PT4 and Ignition Hand. Everything is installed, opened PT4 and then Ignition. Playing two different tables right now and Ignition Hand Grabber is showing no Tables. Any ideas?

Have you selected 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4? This step is needed for hands to import and a HUD to display on the tables:
