Hands Not Showing on Tracker

Hello,

I recently started using ignition and the pokertracker app and cannot get hands to show up in my history. I have the ignition hand grabber subscription and linked it to my app, but no hands are showing up. I also have 'get hands while playing' checked.

Correction: It is working for regular cash game tables, but not for zone tables.

You will need to enable the grabbing of Zone hands since it is disabled by default. See this guide:
