Problems recently with hand grabber

It's unacceptable that this time they haven't resolved it. We paid dearly for this and I am taking incalculable losses without being able to use the hud all this time. I think they should make more efforts to solve this problem because many people are complaining besides those who haven't appeared here yet.

When I import the hands that I downloaded from ignition after 24h, I feel like the results and number of hands are wrong, does anybody else have this problem?

I also have this impression. And I feel that even when the hud is working, not all hands are being imported as well, because there is always a balance difference.

Do we have any updates? It's been almost 20 days and the number of people complaining is only increasing. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I have to add in my own experience with this happening recently. I've restarted computer, PT4, Ignition, nothing helps.
I'll create a support bundle and open a ticket, but from the look of this topic, I'm not expecting much back...
