Cant upload hand history

Every time I try to upload hand history files with the hole cards from the ignition client I get this error :

Error: Ignition: Unable to import hand. Reason: Invalid limit ( NL FAST (6 max)) for hand #4253702719

also having the same issue for standard 6 max games, anybody else having this issue? (I get the same error for every single hand in the file)

Make sure you are importing into the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise please attach a sample of your downloaded hands to a Support Ticket.
