Essentially it will be working fine when I first start using it however at some point in changing tables it will not connect with the newest tables however it will still be grabbing from the existing tables. However if I close the tables that are working, any new tables will not work. I have to restart my computer in order for it to start working again. Incredibly frustrating, I have tried rebuilding cache, making a new database, reverting to 4.17 etc however nothing has worked. Anyone having a similar issues?

Yes experiencing the same.
It is even missing some hands, but displaying the HUD on some tables... where as usually if the HUD was displayed, it caught everything.

Unfortunately downloading hands from iggy and manual import is more reliable but time cons

I have the problem that it doesn´t work at all, had same problem as you yesterday, but today its just not working.

Currently we haven't been able to reproduce this issue and it's working for us so please enable logging via 'Configure > Options' and close PokerTracker 4 and your Ignition software. Launch PokerTracker 4 and Ignition again and then start 'Get Hands While Playing'. Play a few hands at a single Ignition table and take a screenshot of the table. When you sit out (but before you stop the import) generate an Ignition Hand Grabber support bundle and a PokerTracker 4 support bundle and attach both to a Support Ticket along with the screenshot:

Generally it only stops working an hour or two into a session. Should I send the support bundle soon after it happens?

worked ok today

but pt4 did something weird, when I won a hand, with a side pot, it only gave me the net profit from one of the pots, and not the combined pot...

unfortunately with these issues, PT for ignition will serve as a guide in database sense, and i am happy the most valuable tool , the hud is working fine

i will continue to download HH for actual stats

can anyone tell me how to save like 60+ .txt files at once to the same location?

This is the hand with the side pot. Even in the session worm graph, it showed 11 $ net increase to the session, not the amount in BB won, when player ending "db" w/ TQ start the hand with 80bb which is $20

Similar issue past few days. Sometimes it's logging hands sometimes it's not. When I open new tables it's often not detecting them though if i reopen Pokertracker while tables are still open, it detects they're there but can't log them which is normal. Once I close the tables and open new ones it's not even detecting that they're there.

As long as logging is enabled then take a screenshot and create the support bundles when the issue occurs which you can then send to us after your session.
