hey, how is the hand grabber issue going?

The development team are investigating but I am not aware of a solution yet. We likely won't find out until it is resolved, so if you want to find out as soon as we do please open a Support Ticket about the problem.
Inconsistent issues like this can be very hard to track down, but once the change in the Ignition data is identified I expect we'll get the fix pretty quickly.
