PT4 sometimes not working on Ignition $1k buyin tournaments

I have the all-stakes versions of PT4 and the Ignition hand-grabber, but PT4 often doesn't work with the highest stakes tournaments on Ignition. In the attached screenshot the left table is a $162 buyin and the right table is a $1055 buyin. I've restarted PT4 and opened and closed the table, but the HUD doesn't appear and PT4 is not capturing the hands.

Can you please send us an Ignition Support Bundle that has recorded what's going on via our
PokerTracker support system here along with a screenshot so we can investigate this:

I'm in the 777 on Ignition right now and the HUD not working. Cash games been fine all day, hands are being grabbed in the window of the PT4 app but not the HUD on the table. Doing the support bundle now

And, I busted out and re-entered and the HUD instantly appeared!!! added a new support bundle to the ticket. I can say, the lack of HUD probably was a factor in the bust out...
