Hand missed via hand grabber

Hello, I have noticed that ON OCCASION (rarely, but right now and previously) when I win a stack, 100bb, big pot, it doesn't record the hand into the database which is frustrating. Not every time. But sometimes.
When it is 100bb it has a huge effect on bb/100 and my database.
I am tired of importing hand histories after 24 hrs from ignition.
Any suggestion to get the hand added? - I suppose i download the hands again from the manual import. BUT will it add all hands already held as double ups - because hole cards are shown, or does it have the same hand ID and will recognise as duplicates, thus not affecting results? I suppose i could write the .txt file myself lol
When I click the hand history viewer (PT4 overlay on cash table) hand does not appear there, like it was not recorded.
I have attached the hand from the Ignition hand history box for my reference to add the hand manually.
Another question, is there a fast way to save hand histories, multiple .txt files into the same location?'
Thanks for your help.
On the positive, I played 2000 hands of Zone poker yesterday, and Ignition hand grabber was doing an excellent job of keeping up with 2 tables. I watched the live input as I played and cross checked the hands and it was keeping up accurately. So thanks for your work.
Thanks
