Is Ignition shadow banning Hand Grabber???

I know this isn't necessarily a PT4 issue but has anyone else had this happen to them?

I get 4 tables running and have the Table Grabber up and running. Within 15 minutes to ~ an hour of play, all 4 tables get an alert from Ignition of the client trying to reconnect to server (or internet ?). I never get kicked but go back to tables. However at this point, the Hand Grabber stops importing hands and is useless unless I shut down the client and open it up again and wait for however long before I get the reconnect message again. It seems to only "reconnect" if I have the Hand Grabber importing. Its almost like it is detecting it and booting it off.

Am I the only one this is happening to?

Thanks.

Unfortunately the problem after Ignition disconnects is a known issue at the moment. What we're seeing is that hands continue to be generated but the Hud no longer updates.
The development team are working to resolve this now.

yes, same thing happening here...also shutting down all tables in some instances when I open a lobby to "take my seat" when I have to close and re-open a table where the grabber hasn't loaded, this also crashes all tables but keeps the client open. I have to close and reboot and reopen all tables, as well as lose any hand grabbing info on all tables.

This has also been happening to me for about a week. Quick disconnect on Ignition side and then PT is simply unusable. It now happens every time I have PT open for an Ignition session.

It has made PT unusable on Ignition. When I do reopen Ignition without PT running, it does not disconnect at all and runs smoothly. Either there is a bug between the two at the moment or Ignition is actively trying to ban using PT. Very frustrating.

Thank you for acknowledging this WhiteRider. Does Pokertracker know why the client goes into reconnect mode seemingly only when hand grabber is running?

I haven't had a chance to play Ignition since I posted recently but I had tried all the standard stuff and was seeing this, too.

Ignition Social Freeroll didn't show any stats for the HUD but all stats present in the app. I was too busy busting out (TT to AA) to pull a support package. ACR working fine cash and tourney.
