Ignition Terms and Conditions

I'm sure this has been answered before, but Ignition/Bodog allows HUDs? I always have but the terms and conditions aren't clear. Is there a list of restricted software? Their site doesn't have one that I can find.

" The use of any external player assistance programs ("EPA and HUD Programs") that are designed to provide players with an unfair advantage over their opponents are expressly prohibited. EPA Programs include computer software and databases or profiles (e.g., websites and subscription services) and we consider "unfair" access to or the ability to obtain data or information from other players by any way that would not be accessible by your first-hand experience (e.g., observation of playing style). We reserve the right to close Accounts and void all winnings generated by such Accounts if established, in our reasonable discretion, and the use of any program not authorized by Bodog."

Thanks!

I'll post since no one else has but although I haven't read the exact word for word of there TOS but I know a lot of sites have language that implies more of restrictions for real time assistance such as a PIO Solver or GTO Wizard open while playing.

The Ignition Hand Grabber uses information that is "accessible by your first-hand experience" because it is just observing what happens on the tables that you have open, which you can see yourself, so does not break the terms and conditions.
