Any reason why the Ignition Hand Grabber would suddenly not be working? Everything was running smoothly for the last few weeks. My subscription is up to date. And as far as I can tell, there haven't been any major software updates to the site very recently. But sometime in the last 24 hours or so, the hand grabber isn't recognizing any tables when I "get hands while playing."

I've disabled the grabber, restarted PT4, and attempted to import hands again. I've done this several times while also closing down Ignition first and restarting PT4 before reopening Ignition, and I've done just about every other variation PT4 recommends, but to no avail. I dunno what happened.

Should I just submit logs? Help, please. The image attached is when I'm playing multiple tables at Ignition which I launched after opening PT4 and attempting to get hands while playing.
