Poker Tracker does not work consistently on Ignition

I've given up on expecting PT to work for more than a short while on Ignition. It just does not. It ALWAYS stops 30 minutes - 3 hours into an MTT session. And will not rejoin the session after restarts of both poker clients and PT. It just ends. Every session. It just stops.

They will tell me to send them the logs. I have done that. And then they ask me for more info.... from the Ignition side or whatever they are asking. I sent you the logs and multiple, multiple people here have told you that it is not working on Ignition. There is clearly an established issue.

I understand that Ignition's software is likely hard to work with, which is why the special Hand Grabber is required. But at this point it seems futile. I don't regret buying PT because I truly enjoy what it brings to my poker game. But its inability to perform with Ignition is increasingly frustrating. I will likely attempt to move my BR to sites where PT works better because, again, I truly appreciate the benefit PT beings to MTT play.

Cue the 'send me a support bundle' replies. You have been sent those repeatedly. You are aware of an issue. Please attempt to fix or just say you've thrown in the towel and will not be supporting Ignition any longer.
