Hi,

I noticed that handgrabber is missing some hands in ignition spin n go's. As you can see here, I win the tournament, but there is a hand missing where I stack a player. If you watch the replay, my stack magically doubles (probably the missing hand). Happy to submit logs/HH whatever. I'm scared this is happening more often than just once so i want to get it fixed.

When this happens please go to 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status'. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then attach it to a Support Ticket here so we can follow up on this with you.
