Im missing massive amounts of hands in stats. When i try to import again it says duplicates, butt these HH are no where to be found in stats

If the hands are being reported as duplicates when importing then this data is already in your database and available to view. Please make sure you have selected the correct player and that you don't have any filters that would prevent this data from appearing in PokerTracker 4 otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket along with a sample of the hands that were imported.
