On any variant of zoom, whenever I fold on BB or SB without any prior actions made on the table, the grabber counts it as if I won the hand

Can you please attach a sample of your Ignition Hand Grabber hand histories to a Support Ticket so we can follow up on this with you.

Unfortunately there is no information available about a hand after you fold, so we do not know of any other player actions. The only way to avoid that is if you wait until another player raises before folding.

This is one of the reasons that we recommend leaving grabbing of Zone hands disabled, and instead downloading the hand histories for these games. The downloaded hands will have the complete hand histories regardless of when you fold.
