Grabber/HUD only working 90-95% of the time for me

I am enjoying my free trial so far and am considering buying the full version, but I sometimes end up with a table with no HUD and no hands being grabbed for my database at my PLO regular tables. Is this normal? Thanks!

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options', restart PokerTracker 4 and click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start the Ignition client. Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c. If you then have any problem with having a HUD not appearing then take a screenshot and send that to us with your Ignition support bundle:

A far as opening my tables one at a time... am I doing that to troubleshoot the problem, or is that something that I should always be doing? Thanks!

Both. The Ignition Hand Grabber should attach the HUD to the correct tables but if the table windows are opened in very quick succession that can cause problems.

Awesome, ty Flag_Hippo! I am pretty sure that was the problem... I am really fast with my mouse and was likely just spam opening tables too fast. I haven't had any issues since slowing down like you suggested. I will send a bundle with a screenshot if I have any further issues. Loving the grabber/HUD so far, and will likely be purchasing it in a few days when my trial expires!

One more update... I have played about 7000 more hands/30 hours without any problems now that I am opening my tables more slowly. Thanks again!

This has happened to me a couple more times since my last post. Just now, I was playing 4 tables for about 30 minutes with the HUD working properly on all 4 tables. I closed one, waited a minute, and opened a new table. The HUD did not pop up on my new table. One of my other tables broke. I closed it. I opened a new table. Same problem at the new table. The HUD is not popping up, and the hands at these tables with no HUD are not showing up in my database either.

Every time this has happened, a consistent pattern is that all future tables that I open will have the same problem... no HUD and not showing up in my database. But the tables where the HUD was already working continue to be fine. It's like it just loses its ability to find new tables for some reason.

Should I just keep logging permanently enabled? This only seems to happen every 10k hands or so now that I am opening my tables more slowly. But it is pretty devastating to my sessions when it does happen... no HUD and quite tilting. I end up having to leave good games and take a break.

It actually just happened for a second time tonight. Major session ruiner. So going to enable logging and hope it happens again. The fact that it went so long without happening and then happened twice tonight makes me worry that it is related to this latest update :(
