Hi,

I just bought PT4 and I registered my account with the ignition hand grabber. However I don't see Ignition listed anywhere as an option to "toggle on" so that my hands can be tracked and so I can have a HUD at the tables. I am attaching two screenshots so that you know what I mean. I'm using a mac.

Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately the Ignition Hand Grabber is not available on macOS as this operating system prevents the techniques needed to retrieve the required data but you can still manually import downloaded hands from the Ignition client into the macOS version of PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':

Ok, thanks. Does this mean the PT4 HUD is not available for Ignition on Mac?

Yes that's correct. The HUD cannot be displayed for Ignition on macOS as it needs hands to be imported while playing which requires the hand grabber to create the hand history files.
