PokerTracker

I configured Poker tracker 4 hand player for ignition site to show 9 seats but, it shows 10 seats not 9.

The number of seats displayed in the PokerTracker 4 replayer isn't configurable - only your preferred seat. For Ignition hands there isn't explicit information regarding the number of seats so the replayer defaults to a 10 seat layout for full ring hands.
