When I open PT4, an notice will show immediately: Unable to download Ignition Hand Grabber, any idea? I am using Ignition and Bodog, anyone help?

Please make sure your security software isn't interfering by adding an exception for your C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps folder. If that doesn't help please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we investigate:
