HUD Not Working on Ignition

Hi - I have the full version of pokertracker 4 v4.15.11. I believe Ignition updated the user interface of the poker application within the last week. After the update, the HUD on my computer no longer works. As you can see from the attached screenshot, the pokertracker app has tracked 36 hands but the HUD doesn't appear. Please assist.

Have you tried closing down both Ignition and PT4, and starting up again? The Hud was working for me after the update.

I'm having the same issue. Getting the stats but the HUD isn't working after the Ignition table update. Restarted and updated everything and still no HUD.

I restarted twice and no HUD for me either.

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart both Ignition and PT4 again.
Start up PT4 first then when it has fully loaded run Ignition.
Start 'Get Hands While Playing' and open a single table and play a few hands.
Take a screenshot of the table and when you sit out attach it to a Support Ticket. Also attach the hand history file for the table, and:
In the PT4 menu go to File > Open User Data Folder and in the window that opens go to the Logs folder. Compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and attach that to your ticket too.
