PokerTracker

Hi can anyone help me please?

I just registered and installed PT4.
Registered for ignition hand grabber.
Restarted PT4
It now has the ignition hand grabber under PokerTracker 4+ menu
After about 30-60 seconds I get the error message

Unable to start App:
The 3rd Party app" could not be started. It has been disabled.

I have ran PT4 as administrator, rebooted laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled PT4,

What else can I try?

If you're using security software follow the instructions given in the Security Software Configuration Guide and in addition to the files listed there also add an exception for this file:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy\IgnitionGrabberApp.exe

If that doesn't help then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log files to us in your existing Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log files by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window:

Where do i find the hand grabber for PT4? ive been going to my account and downloading the transcripts a day later. Is it available through pokertracker or a third party? thank you for your help.

Our integrated hand grabber for Ignition is currently in beta and you can opt-in to test that via this page.

Does it work for tournaments now?

Tournament support hasn't been added yet. I don't have an ETA for its arrival but if you want to be contacted when it's ready please open a Support Ticket.
