HUD not showing up - possible reason

Ignition has a feature that when seated at an empty table, it will attempt to relocate you to a table with more players. Lately, I've noticed that when that relocation takes place, the HUD does not succeed in appearing.

That's a known issue. Open a
Support Ticket if you want to be notified when a fix is available.

Don't new versions of the grabber automatically download?

Yes but when a hand grabber update downloads you wouldn't know if it contained this specific fix or not. Furthermore some fixes may require a change be made to the core PokerTracker 4 program as well.

I haven't had a grabber update for months... Is there a way to check version and current version?

The current version is 1.0.13 which is displayed in the status window (PokerTracker + -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status).
