Is there a way to add the hand grabber to the newest version of PT4. I have had PT4 installed for awhile but I do not have the grabber?

Are you using PokerTracker 4 on Mac OSX? The hand grabber isn't available on that operating system.

No, Not using it on a Mac. Dell laptop PT4 version 4.15.13

Are you using the PokerTracker 4 registration code (ending in 80979F) that you registered with the Hand Grabber beta or the registration code that you haven't (F9940B)? You can check that in PokerTracker 4 by selecting the 'Help -> About' menu option. If you are using the wrong code you will either need to register your other code as well for the grabber or change the code you are using in PokerTracker 4.

Yes, I saw that response to the same question when I searched the forum yesterday, and i did open a ticket. Haven't received a reply. Guess I'll just be patient.
