I've never actually tried to use the hand grabber before today though I signed up for and installed it about a month ago. When I hit Enable, everything freezes, PT4 grinds to a halt, and I have to manually shut it down. There's no window or popup for the hand grabber, but I'm not sure if there's any sort of interface that ought to be appearing. I'm using v4.15.14. What to do?

So we can investigate that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows then please refer to this guide.

Yup, I did that last night actually right after I posted. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Thanks!
