Question 1 - Is the HUD even supposed to work on the play money tables? If so, pls help... Deposit has not yet gone through but thought i would test HUD on play money tables while i wait.

Ignition made a change recently which stopped the Hud working at play money tables. This will be fixed in the next Grabber update, although I don't yet know when that will be as we need to coordinate a couple of other things at the same time.

PT4 working well, but no HuD anymore for Ignition. It was working on the 1st of March. Tried restarting both Ignition and PT4, as well as computer multiple times.

Same here. Started Tuesday evening. Did not see any notification from Ignition about an update but i may have missed it.

Thanks - we're seeing the same and I didn't notice an Ignition software update either but it does seem that something has changed in their data. The development team are working to fix this.

Same problem here was some very weird things happening that may or may not help.

It was semi-working at first, it would appear on some tables, then randomly disappear mid-play, then stopped working altogether. Restarted computer, loaded PT4 then Ignition, tried to get the huds working 1 by 1, 2 tables loaded fine then the 3rd no hud, then randomly during play the "Hero" stats dropped out, and its just a loop of whacky bugs like that from partially working to not at all.

It is working again now.

I loaded up my PT4 just over one hour ago and finished my session just then, HUD working except hero stats still not displaying
