Identify villains across sessions? (Delurking after many !

Question on villain stats on bovada.

Say I play villain97 today at my table. If that same player shows up at my table the next day, can PT recognize it's the same guy? Or is that player seen as a new random anonymous player?

Hope that's not a dumb question, I've been away from the game for years

When players are anonymous there is no way to link players between tables/sessions so they will be seen as a new random player.
