Importing hand tags to downloaded hand history from Ignition

As I play, i often tag some hands to study, and after 24 hours I download hand history into a separate database, and manually transfer the hand tags into downloaded hand history database.

Is there a way to automate this process? I understand the player names don't match up, but the "hand #" is the same between observed hands and downloaded hands, so importing the hand tags should be doable.

This would save me a lot of time.

Unfortunately there isn't an automated method for transferring tags between different databases.

Is there any database programmer out there who can point me in the right direction on how to do this?

Some simple freeware database program I can look into?
