PT3 is nice, but it doesn't support Omaha.

I know you guys are working on the patch, I hope it will come out as soon as possible. :)

So what is your point? If the product is cheap it doesn't have to work that well? Of course we all respect that this kind of product is available and you r right that most of us can easily afford it. The thing is that we all have payed the price that has been set by the makers/sellers, so this isn't really a charity?

What if there were a update fee? Can we then whine or should it be A BIG update fee before we can except some service? That's right.. this isn't about money after all.
This post isn't about pahud, I am happy customer and user of the product.. and if I were selling this i'd be happy because this all shows how much we need it :D
this is about u, bluey, with all do respect being a bit naive here.

I am having a somewhat related problem--not sure if it deserves it's own thread but I will just post it here.

When I play a table at FT since the upgrade of their software my PAHUD stops working at PS as well. Otherwise my Hud works at PS (and I'm up to date on the recent patch).

I also would really appreciate some sense of a timeline. Just a best guess would help a lot. 2 day? a week? a month?

Full Tilt tables shouldn't affect Stars tables at all.
Please check that you are running the latest PAH version 1.19.10.1.

If you still have problems please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Have you updated PT2 to the new patch so that hands are imported?
See this thread for the PTv2 patch.
If so, make sure that PAH is referencing the correct database: Options > Preferences > Databases > Holdem.

The PT patch seems to work fine for the first 10 or so hands then it comes up with a Sybase Inc. Product File error with an an option to send the error report to Microsoft. (I'm runnign Windows XP) and closes itself down.

Also the PAH update doesn't seem to have fixed the issue for me, but its hard to say without PT running long before closing down.

Thanks for the new patch.
I have updated PT2 with. And I follow your instructions concerning the PAH's database.
But the stats stil not appear ...
When I open PAH, I have this message: "Due to problems in the Ful Tilt client, PAH may not display stats on the table. If you enconter this problem, disable the option "Use Standard Drawing" option in the Preferences.
I do it and stats still not appear ...
What can I do now ?

Please post about this in the PT2 forums where Pat will be able to help you.

jhgenevay - Do you now have hands importing into PT2 OK?
